Make the meat marinade: in a bowl, combine the soy sauce, canola oil, lime juice, orange juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and oregano.
Add the marinade to your meat, coating evenly, and let marinate for at least one hour. Do not marinate for over four hours.
Once marinated, add salt and pepper. Cook the steak on a grill on high heat for 5-7 minutes per side or until done to your liking.
Let the steak rest for a few minutes and then slice it.
Heat up the tortillas. To each one, add: steak, GoVerden Guacamole Classic, and cilantro leaves. Serve with a lime wedge.
