Preheat your oven to 350 ºF and prepare a baking sheet or cast-iron skillet.
In a large pan, heat up the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
Add the meat, break it up with a spoon, and add the taco seasoning and salt. Stir and cook until beef is fully cooked through, for about 8 minutes.
Add the water and refried beans, and stir until combined.
On the baking sheet, add half of the tortilla chips and top with 2 cups of cheese and half of the meat and bean mixture. Repeat. Add another layer. Bake for 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Top with 4 tbsp of GoVerden Guacamole Spicy, sour cream, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro leaves.
